Shipping Policy for Seanfhocail Studio

As a small Irish business, I pack every single print and card with love and care, right here in Tramore. My goal is to get your new art to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Times This is the time it takes me to package your order and get it to the post office.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Packaging To keep your costs down, all orders are shipped via Standard Post with An Post.

  • Standard Post does not include tracking.

  • Your prints are packaged in a protective sleeve and sent in a rigid, stay-flat cardboard mailer to ensure they arrive safely. All packaging is 100% eco-friendly and recyclable.

Estimated Shipping Times Once your order is with An Post, here are the estimated delivery times. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees, as delays (like customs, weather, or postal strikes) are outside of my control.

  • Ireland: 1 - 3 business days

  • Northern Ireland & UK: 3 - 7 business days

  • Europe (EU): 5 - 10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7 - 21 business days

  • Australia & Rest of World: 10 - 21 business days

Customs and Import Taxes This is very important for my international customers!

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.

  • I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, Lost, or Damaged Items My priority is that you love your order.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and send it to me within 3 days. I will be happy to send a replacement right away.

  • Lost Items: An item is not considered "lost" by the postal service until after 30 working days (6 weeks) have passed. If your order hasn't arrived after this time, please contact me so we can find a solution together.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
