30-Day Return Policy

I want you to be 100% happy with your new art. If you're not, for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of the date you receive it.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Just pop me an email at hello@seanfhocailstudio.com with your order number, and let me know you'd like to make a return.

  2. I'll reply with the return address and instructions.

A Few Small Conditions:

  • For "Change of Mind": You (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged, and resalable condition. Please package it securely!

  • For Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged (oh no!), please email me within 3 days with a quick photo of the damage. I will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund right away.

Once I receive your return, I'll process a full refund back to your original payment method. Simple as that!
